How can we ease job transitions in a company of 3,000+ employees? By rethinking and iterating the entire process—ensuring every employee receives a professional, warm welcome and farewell. Through thoughtful design, continuous iteration, and listening closely to real user needs, this project took onboarding from the company’s #1 challenge to completely off the list.
